FLY IN A SUIT!

Creatice Commons | By Danie van der Merwe

Breaking news!
Yesterday Remo Laeng decided to held his flight over Alps. He didn’t use to this plane, for what?! Maybe parachute?! Of course not…
Laeng chose something much more unconventional. Can you ever heard about a suit to fly?
No? So read on, because you can learn about all what I managed to find.

A few facts about yesterday’s event.
Swiss sped like an arrow in his coolest suit over 300 mph. His team claimed, that the man managed to attain the best time score in the free falling. Flight lasted about four or five minutes. At that time the Swiss had an opportunity to see the panorama of the Alps in a shocking speed. Remo Laeng landed in Aosta, in Italy.

A handful of historical facts.
Fly Suit was created in 1990s. The plan was relatively simple, because it was enough to add a special tape between legs. Body surface area was enlarged. You also have available to the parachute, to land safely.

People who decide to take such a step can be considered as risk takers. We need to develop their passions.

iPad 3 - REVOLUTION

7th of march in San Francisco was the premiere of new iPad 3. The device has been placed on the market by the Apple. In the iPad appeared Retina screen and stronger camera. Unfortunately, producers didn’t had a courage to apply new, faster processor. They chosen dual-core again. Whether a new product will be the best? In my opinion: yes, because many of us have been waiting for this product a long time.
I think that iPad 3 should have every person, because it’s wonderful product.
I know that iPad will cost approx 399$. The determination of whether it’s a good price I leave with you. Comment please…

3D PRINTING

3D printing is still little known technology. In Poland began to talk about this recently. I decided in a few words to tell you about a three-dimensional printing.

When and where did the idea of the 3D printing?
At the end of the 80s the twentieth century developed the 3D printing technology. It has happened (of course) in the USA – and more specifically in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
It is one of the earliest methods of rapid prototyping. With this device we are able to visualize your ideas at home.

How does it work?
The simplest answer is – all thanks to the additive method. But… does everyone understand this concept without looking to the dictionary of foreign words? Of course not…
I think, that I should to explain an action principle of 3D printers in a somewhat simpler manner. Namely, it comes to printing designs (in graphic program) layer by layer.
So, the only limit is your imagination and level of skill in the design of three-dimensional computer models.

How long does it take to get ready model?
The waiting time was reduced from several days to several hours.
After printing it is time for any finishing work. For example, you can dip your model in the liquid curing. After this, your “print” will be ready.

I think that prototyping in this way is more reasonable and simpler solution for many industries.
Thanks to modern 3D printers a printing process is done in the comfort of your own office. Moreover, no need to spend extra money on another kind of prototyping.

I think that the three-dimensional printing is future of the world. Soon, such devices will supplant large and bulky machines from the factories of prototypes.
